My trick for cream or liquid highlighter, I powder and then use setting spray all over my face, wait a couple seconds and then apply the cream highlight. It's the best way for me.

Stunning eye makeup look. As always. But my only suggestion would be to put a glitter eye primer before the yellow, yellow over blue makes green so maybe a matte yellow shadow first. 💗

I've been pretty blessed in the skin department. Never really had crazy acne my skin routine has been the same I use CeraVe facewash and lotion and Heritage Rose water on my face. Soph acne or no acne you always look stunning, and your makeup skills are 💯👌 I'm so happy for you that you're getting married!!!

To apply a cream/ liquid highlighter I usually set my face with powder and then use a setting spray and then apply my highlighter. My face will be set but rehydrated so it doesn't separate my powder products xx

Have you tried the eye pop thing were you look on a colour wheel take the opposite to your eye colour in a eyeshadow and put on the outside edge of waterline and also on the inside edge.. be amazing to see if it works on you cause you have lovely eyes .. loads of shorts on it.. please try ! ❤

I think you could do a fabulous pinky neutral look with that Pokemon palette! Definitely try using setting spray first once your base is done and then once the setting spray is dried you can apply the cream/liquid highlighter!💕

I love Dermatica. The tretinoin has changed my life. I have acne prone skin too. I’m a picker also. What has really helped me with that is when I get a spot clean it and put an invisible Mighty patch hydrocoloide patch on it so u don’t touch it even if there’s 10!! Plus they help them go away especially during the day when I touch my face. Also I cut out sugar and my face cleared up😳 I was shocked! Your skin has been looking amazing Soph😍 I bought that elf jelly pop collection. I was disappointed with the highlighter. It massively broke apart my base but I loved the other 2 products but I wish the lip oil wasn’t gritty but it’s pretty❤

The way I make my cream products work is simple.. I use powder only where I need it, not all over my face☺️ granted I have combo skin so my cheek, cheek bones and all that area just don’t need any setting ☺️ always enjoy your videos, never change☺️xx

that pokemon eyeshadow palette is actually genius first off, the name being a play on the fact it's a makeup palette and an omage to the fact ash's hometown (and the hometown from pokemon red/blue/yellow) is called pallet town is so smart next, that shade you mentioned 'jelly donut' is a reference to the fact that, in the english dub of pokemon, someone changed the word 'onigiri' to jelly donuts. for reference, onigiri are rice balls which are pretty different. since then its been a joke within the community - just really cool that they paid attention to smth like that :D im sure james would rlly enjoy looking at the other shade names cus if theyre all as specific as that, they must be pretty smart

i find that cream highlighter is supposed to have a very creamy look - one of my favourites is the Josephine Cosmetics DEW/YOU highlighter (please try in a video if you havent alreadt because i think it is beautiful - i usually apply after cream blush and i dont usually use powder but if i do, i will avoid the area that i applied the highlighter. sometimes i set the highlighter in place with a powder (REM beauty in miss mercury)
