We love that area around Townsend ! great seeing yall getting out and enjoying some good eats ! Sadly we cancelled our trip this year for leaf season , Helene devistated the area we had a cabin booked . Pray for everyone in that area , heartbreaking to see so many people struggle .

We are looking forward to visiting the remolded visitor center. Our favorite is the Apple Valley Cafe. Beautiful countryside. My heart was starting to hurt for Winston and that bridge! Almost like a parent pulling their kids arm. 😢

We were there just a few weeks ago... Townsend is our to go to we always visit peaceful social side and their pizza, half chicken and salmon are delicious also like their local beers they make...The Abbey is another favorite of ours in townsend and we go to St Francis of Assisi Catholic church for mass...we have been through the railroad museum and it was very interesting... also for our anniversary we went to the Trailhead steakhouse and it was delicious, we buy Amish butter as well and so good tasting...swinging bridge is fun we have walked over that as well...I got myself a great pair of hiking boots at the SMOC store and love the General store...Wish we were there with you both.. GOD BLESS

Across the road from the new GSMA visitor center......that's actually the festival grounds for the Townsend visitor center. They have all their big festivals up there......like the Big Foot festival and other outdoor events. That Winston.....he's a constant source of entertainment.....isn't he..? 🤣

Please in your videos state if tent camping is allowed or not, I’m a avid tent camper and a lot of places y’all go I would like to visit also but not sure allow if tents are allowed. It aggravates me that a lot of camp grounds only accommodate rv some of us can’t afford an tv and it’s hard in certain areas to even find tent camping accommodation, love y’all’s content please keep them coming. Y’all have a blessed day
