I found out that placing foundations in shallow water then popping a crop plot on it keeps it irrigated. I built my green house across a shallow flow of water and there's 0 need for ugly pipes and taps Phiomia and a dung beetle and you're all set.

I found out an interesting fact the other day, you only need greenhouse ceiling/roofs for 300 % effect, walls can be whatever material you prefer

A single water tap can irrigate a 4x4 area of large crop plots, as long as the tap is placed in the center.

In order to fix your porch issue… I think you would have to pick up your steps and near by railings. Then, pick up the row of ceilings your steps attach to. Lastly place a pillar with a snap point shared by the building your green house attaches too. That should give you the remaining foundation support, and show no nubs… hopefully :)

I was lucky enough to get a black and green level 150 argentavis during the christmas event. I found a second green one of the opposite gender at level 145 in the snow. I got all the best stats on the second egg hatched and I'm just trying to think of a name now. It wasn't until seeing people like you seeing the argy carrying an anky that I thought they would be so necessary

Since Managarmr is so accessible in LI, and since you camp so close to desert, I would definitely recommend you livestream getting a Magmasaur so you can harvest metal with this at ease:)

Oversimplifying it concrete = sand gravel ash and water so you have what you need for something primitive. Adobe however usually does contain animal waste

Hey Phlinger, just a note on the sino's faceplanting, its because you don't have enough forward momentum, and/or weren't high enough. They coast without flight, so you either need to be high enough that they can divebomb for speed, or already going fast enough that they can take advantage of the forward momentum. It will be the worst when getting out of the water because you have to generate momentum. Otherwise, congrats on surviving your close encounter of the brown kind and i like the base build!

Fence foundation on each side then a pillar on each side of the steps...that's what I would do.

Because you need foundation support to build out farther. You can only build 2 ceilings out from a foundation or a ceiling supported by a pillar. A wall or railing counts the same as going out another ceiling… so if you can’t add a ceiling there, then you cant add a wall or railing there. Adding another foundation gave the needed support.
