@18:00, I saw him going through my bag Sir in perfect sense which of the following would be correct I saw him went through my bag OR I saw him going through my bag According to you last one would be correct but on the hand tense suggest using past tense therefore it seems the first one is correct

Saw following bare infinitive or participle. Both suggest the tense according to the main verb which is saw (past). I hope you got it.

Hello, Sir. I heard someone singing. Sir ishka explanation aap aise bhi bta sakte h. Chahe gerund ho ya participle ho ye basically verb to hoti hi h. Ye apne sath subject or object to le hi sakti h. Jaise " heard" ka subject "I" h vaise hi " singing" ka subject " someone" h. Aap free me poor students ki bahut help kar rahe ho. Keep it up. I am also a teacher.
