Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) in Workers Compensation Cases

Thank you for letting me know just how screwed I am. I tore 4 ligaments / tendons in my left ankle at work (truck driver, very uneven ground) July 8th of this year The orthopedic surgeon hasn't done anything except hand out pills that do little to nothing and tell me to go to physical therapy. He flat-out refused to do surgery and tells my company that I'm being non-compliant although I have been compliant. My physical therapist says I have VERY marginally improved and even that depends on the day. You said in the video that the FCE is supposed to take place when there's not going to be any more improvement but that doesn't seem to be what's going on.

I swear this video says everything I wanted to know cos I have to go for my FCE impairment about having 2 times surgerys on my ankle and my ankle is not the same but watching this video makes me a little bit frustrating about how that thing works cos doing FCE 3hrs or so doesn't means someone is fully heal or fit again like the way they use to.Damn i wish I can let you handle my case but different state

What does it mean if they have you go through a FCE before treatment???

I just finished my 2nd qme and they put me on p&s will I have to go see a fce after still? I got my wpi rating on my report as well
