Very helpful, but in the last example S1 and S3 had the same first name values (Bhanu), so in that case is the first name actually functionally dependent on the PK? . I have no problem with the Surname being functionally dependent on the PK but the Firstname being functionally dependent on the PK gets me a lil bit confused since S1 and S3 both have the same first name values (Bhanu). Maybe am missing something.
