Thank you for this video. I am doing as much research as possible for my 22 year old daughter. She has pcos. She has been to various doctors and the only way she can get her periods is by going on the pill. She has cystic acne and is losing her hair. Im desperate to help her.

But, almost all shampoos are acidic, because a alcaline ph will open the hair fibers and let the hair dry :( but, was a good point..
