Looks nice! But there are a few practical problems: The dinner table combined with the cooking surface is not a good idea, better to put the stovetop in the niche in back. This is also more practical for the cooking exhaust. Where is the oven? The table is too small to seat 2 x 2 across. More practical is to put a sink at the far end in order to reposition the 4 chairs. I didn’t see any electrical outlets on/near the countertops. You will need these to cook (i.e. for a mixer, coffee machine, etc.) Where is the vacuum cleaner? A (sliding) door between the living and bathroom would be practical. Guests do not always have to know exactly which bodily functions are being performed back there! And a wood/gas burning fireplace has no place in a modern home, that function could be fulfilled by the TV and stereo.

Bedroom and washroom are too damn small. If you've got a house with that kind of property (wink, wink) why have a tiny apartment size bathroom? Where's the desk for study? Where's the storage area? You should have located the house in downtown Hong Kong or Tokyo, then it would make sense.

I’d like to see: - a Murphy bed, so you can use the room during the day as well - a floor to ceiling storage wall, which includes 2-4 bunk beds for my children - I’d be prepared to give up the cooking island to make this possible - a meter cupboard, which you can’t do without

This is almost the perfect house. Again, there's no shoes area, and it needs much more built-in storage. I loved the outside wash basin design. Never thought about it.

At first glance it looks so pretty. But then.... it looks soul-less: like a showroom piece that doesn't carry the breath and vitality of actual humans living in it. Clinical. But a great overall design when it's inhabited by real beings I'm sure.

Süßes kleine s Haus, erstens braucht an eine Bauplatz und zweitens wird sowas Bei uns bestimmt nicht genehmigt, bei unser Bürokratie bräuchtest 10 Jahre, Mi Ofen schon garnicht, nur mit Wärmepumpen und Solar, da wird das Haus noch teurer und der hohe Bauzins tut sein Übrigstes. In Zukunft wohnen bei uns die meisten Menschen unter der Brücke oder im Wald. 😢
