This is a fantastic looking exercise, makes me want to practice already. The technique for smooth use of all body parts, but also the conditioning for judo. His movement is so fluid. I hope we get to have Canto hold a seminar here one day.

I have VERY short legs. None of this would look ANYTHING like this if I was working on these drills. I respect this instructor, but I am not sure "beginner" is exactly who this is for. Perhaps advanced beginner?

Try another sport. This is supposed to be done by people with basic coordination.
