42:40 sir but in class 12 we got to know that in starting electrons flow from n to p and hence it created a electric field from p to n such that when now when e try to jump depletion layer resist it by electric field

carbon electrons need more force to go to its excited state orbit but silicon electrons need less force to go its excited state orbit . Matlb in other words jo carbon hotaa hai uske electron ko break karna muskil hota hai aur jab tk electron free nhi hogaa tab tak woh charge kese carry karegaa “ syad yeahi reason hai “
