Most people are not interested at all in industrial process , they are just end user and consumer and they don't know how technological apparatus are made of . Also not much people are curious too and don't want to in deep of precise knowledge .

@@zibobpompon5768 Amateur ewaste scrappers are often keen to know a lot about metals, and PGM in particular :) Ruthenium is the next superstar, I believe 😁
