Just a minor correction: the frequencies for the marine radars are 10 Gigahertz for X band and 3 Gigahertz for the S band. Giga = Billion.... so 10,000,000,000 Hertz and 3,000,000,000 Hertz respectively for each Radar

Today I Learned that X band is 10 KHz and S band is 3 KHz! Gee, I wonder why I can't HEAR them at such low frequencies?!? Or, is it just barely possible, your graphic is off by SEVERAL ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE? MAYBE?
