I think a prop firm would be perfect if you are still young and living with parents like me. If your really good the profits you make from the firm can easily go to your own personal retail account and you can thus make 100% of your own capital while working with the firm. BUT ONLY IF YOU GOOD!

Lowest for FTMO is like 155£ its really not that bad if you want to challenge yourself, you will probably liquidate a few 200£ accounts anyways when you start learning this. And also if you can make a 3-5k a month in the end that is more the enough to save up money to fund your OWN account. no reason to to stress into a thing like this, try the challenge when you are profitable with real money, NOT DEMO, they are 2 separate things.

Oh I almost forgot to answer. I am currently not looking for a funded account I have made 2,000 since I started trading a month ago with 1,000 brought my total to 3,000. I do think about going to a prop firm but I really like trading on higher time frames like daily and up because the patterns are more reliable. I however had no choice but to switch to a smaller time frame and reduced size because of the market conditions. I also noticed markets are more leaning to Supply/Demand lately. I'm not sure if these props firms would fit my style or if I even need them right now.

I tried to open a company in Estonia by their e-residency program, to trade for prop-firms via that company. The problem is that no one want to deal with businesses related to forex trading, especially in Europe, under Mifid II new rules. Seems like prop-trading concept it's pretty vague in the mind of legislators across the world. I'm curious if you have a video about how to set a company, or set yourself as a self-employed and avoid these stupid regulations. It seems they really make a confusion between trading OPM and trading for a prop-firm. They tell you that you have be licensed even to trade for prop firms, and it's seems that this subject is quite vague even on the internet. You won't find clear answers. What do you think?

The spreads with the broker and liquidity providers they use are pretty comparable to other brokers overall. You can see sometimes a spread 0.2-0.4 pips wider than ICMarkets, but that is normal variability between liquidity providers that is common between brokers of different regions.

Its very easy to "fail" all the applicants for any kind of reason. How can one make sure that he doesn't pay $200 evaluation fee to some scammer pretending he's a prop-firm?
