What the trust company will do is be really nice to the matriarch of the family and visit her. Than when she is on pain meds, they will offer to give control to a local college and the heirs get a pathetic payment plus they have to pay taxes on it.

We have a revocable trust and I asked the Law firm that did it about the motor vehicles we have. They said the way ours is worded that that was no reason to have them retitled to our Living Trust here in Massachusetts.

If I'm purchasing a house to live in, can I have it put directly into my trust at the time of purchase? Or do I have to first title it under my name and then do a warranty deed from me to my revocable living trust?

If you’re concerned about privacy I understand the recommendation is that you don’t use your names in the name of the trust. Come up with something else. Leave your name out of it.
