I love the Chocolate Cherries too. I thought Northern Lights or Undertow were going to be my favorite when I rinsed out the swatches, until I made this shirt. 😀

Yes, I think the shirts show the colors and splits much better than the swatches. The piece of fabric is just too small to show all the awesomeness. 😀

Hi Angie. I just love these colors. Thank you for doing each color separately. I actually ordered these colors yesterday, along with pink sunset and moody mauve. And, thank you, too, for really showing how you scrunch and randomly tie the shirts. I have to try that. I admit that I’m not a big fan of sinew, because I can never seem to get it super tight, which is why I mainly do scrunches. Nancy
@FunEndeavors4 ай бұрын
Thank you, Nancy! They are really pretty colors. You know I had an issue with getting sinew tight too until I got a sinew puller. Are you using a puller? If not, you can use all kinds of things as a sinew puller. I've seen some really creative things that people have found to use like a tart tamper, stick, child's rattle, and even a screwdriver. It just needs to be very sturdy so that it doesn't break when you pull it, and it needs to fit well in your hand. I used to use the sinew roll and just pull with it. Sometimes I would get great lines, and sometimes my lines wouldn't be tight enough. I realized the sinew roll had too much give and wasn't allowing me to pull the sinew as tightly as I needed to in order to get definition lines. One of the pullers I use now is one that I purchased from "Boredom With Jenn." I've had mine for quite awhile, but the last time I looked she had a lot of different options. I've included a link to her website. shopboredomwithjenn.com/collections/everything-boredom-with-jenn

@@FunEndeavors Hi Angie. Thank you so much for these tips. I’ll have to see if I can find something to use or just break down and order a sinew caddy. Can’t wait for the next new colors. Nancy

Okay, my all time favorite color (Dharma’s Vintage Red) now has some major competition with Chocolate Cherries! It’s a bit deeper than Vintage Red by adding a hint of maroon maybe? It’s has those lovely brown/neutral splits that are just gorgeous.❤ I love reds too!!!
@FunEndeavors4 ай бұрын
I love Vintage Red too! The color swatch didn't do Chocolate Cherries justice. It is much prettier with a lot more color splits than showed up on the smaller piece of fabric. 😀
