I really don't know if this is Live.. but... in a small reply to your comment, many things say "Premiere" or "Live" but are recorded video. I know this from watching any church "Live" online and it then plays "Live" every 2 hours. It was recorded Live. Hope that helps.

This is totally unbiblical and not the practice of the New testament Church. This practice was never done by the foremost apostles. This is just a ceremony which has no spiritual bearing.
