My number 1 is really easy, it's the Wheel of Time book series, not even close. Mostly for the world building and the caracter development, even though the story is also great, it's not the main thing. The number 2 and down is alot harder, but some that for sure makes the list is Robbin Hobb, Trudy Caravan, Sarah J Maas, and Brandon Sandersson. I would also include Tolkien, JRR Martin, and Terry Pratchet. I was a bit to old when the Harry Potter books came out, otherwise I think J.K Rowling would have made my list.

Oathbringer is a very good book and it's tragically underrated in my opinion. But it's not my favorite Stormlight book; that honor still goes to The Way of Kings which is in my top 10 all time. Currently my top 10 goes like this: 10. The Dragon Reborn by Robert Jordan 9. The Great Hunt by Jordan 8. The Gathering Storm by Jordan/Sanderson 7. The Last Argument of Kings by Joe Abercrombie 6. The Bonehunters by Steven Erikson 5. The Way of Kings by Sanderson 4. The Heroes by Abercrombie 3. Legend by David Gemmell 2. The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss 1. The Shadow Rising, The Fires of Heaven and Lord of Chaos by Jordan Technically that's my top 12, lol. The top 3 have been tied for my favorite book since 1997 and I don't ever see them changing. I power read the first 7 books of WoT in just a few weeks; missing hours upon hours of sleep and laying out of work so much I almost got fired just so I could read those books because I was so enamored with the characters, the world and the story. Never had another reading experience like it. Obviously WoT is my favorite series and I doubt that will ever change.

I totally agree with your ranking of The Will Of The Many. It was my favourite read of last year and was quiet comparable to Name of the Wind (which in my humble opinion is the best academia trope execution, besides Harry Potter). I didn't expect those scifi elements at the end of the book and despite it reading in first person view, I actually enjoyed the protagonists inner monologue. His struggles were very realistic. The only character I didn't enjoy was his romantic interest (can't remember her name right now). Felt like her character wasn't flushed out enough. Like I don't think they even told us her eye/hair color. She was sweet but flat at the same time.

The series i got hooked on was Cradle. It has an amazing magic type system. I will admit the first book is a little boring, but the 12 book series is finished, and it's a masterpiece imo

Hey I really like your recommendation, But it's just my selfish desire but how about you dive deeper, how about you can reach more people . Feel free to ignore this content ideas, - lifestyle based content ( i..e. reading habits where you explain many things - how to read consistently / how to maintain reading habits in busy schedule ) - blindfolded book read - go a bookstore and buy a particular amount of book with blindfolded do watch Haley videos for more reference - ranking low rated books - you pick this books with low rated reviews and rank them - there a lot more but this will do for a while, moreover you more ideas of your own ) Btw I brought dark matters from your recommendation videos , I plan to read it after Red Rising

The only problem with the Wheel of Time series is it was not finished by Robert Jordan, who unfortunately died before he could finish it. I believe it was his wife and a close friend of the family who wrote most of book 14, but do not quote me on that. Another favourite of mine is the Malazan Book of the Fallen by Steven Erickson. Probably not for everyone. The author was trained as both an Archaeologist and Anthropologist, and it shows. Superbly written, but be warned if you pick this series up. It is deliberately written to be confusing in many cases for most of the series. Its only in the last couple of books that these big reveals come from what seems like nowhere, but were foreshadowed in book three or four, and even then some things are left deliberately vague. Its a ten book series, and finishing the last book left me feeling... huh! Kind of muted I know but I was still getting my head around it at the time! It was a Huh of shock, how did I not see that earlier! If that sounds like its for you pick it up,
