While your up Byron end you should head a little further and check out Moreton Island (near Brisi)! Its $5 a night to camp and bloody beautiful! Make sure you take a snorkel set to swim out to the shipwrecks :-) As far as books go... I haven't read it yet, but next one I'll be reading will either be "On the Road" by Jack Kerouac or "Notes From a Small Island" by Bill Bryson. I'm not much of a reader either, but they're apparently really good reads. Congratulations Louie, half a million drawn to you! Hope your loving the beauty in our neck of the woods... Perks Of Being A Wallflower is an AMAZING book that everyone should read so I suggest that one :) the hunger games series is super good too, I think you'd like it, lots of action :) and you might like the maze runner too (about to be a movie next year) Read more Louis! I would start with something like Harry Potter or the Hunger games. If you don't want to get into a series, I would recommend the Hobbit, it's one of my favorite books, it's not too long, and its a pretty easy read, (also you won't have to wait until next December to find out how the movie ends.) Also, I think everyone should read To Kill a Mockingbird, at least once in their lives. I hope this helps! :)

is it weird that I don't like the fault in our stars? like I've never heard that anyone disliked the book but I personally found depressing books about cancer and that kind of stuff even though nobody close to me has cancer it's just depressing

Congratulations Louis... your videos actually relax me because you are such a mellow guy but they still tend to be interesting. I would suggest to look at future movie trailers for movies that are based on books and perhaps reading those books and then watching the movie when they eventually come out, like Monuments Men. For example, we use Flixster for all of our movie trailers.

Definitely read Looking For Alaska and The Fault In Our Stars also Into The Wild, it was made into an amazing movie but the book is so incredible it's basically about a boy who just finishes High School and travels aiming for Alaska. Also watch the movie if you can but it is so amazing and I think it would be the perfect book for you :)

'The Perks Of Being A Wallflower ' it's also an excellent movie. Another good one is ' It's Kind Of A Funny Story' which ironically is a good movie two! These are two of my fav books that aren't in a boom series! Please consider them and congrats on 500j subs X

Books which I think you'd like and are fantastic are 'On the Road' by Jack Kerouac, 'Into the Wild' by Jon Krakauer (both are about travelling and experiences) and my personal favorite book at the moment is 'Tuesday's with Morrie' by Mitch Albom which is an account of the author's own conversations with a lecturer from his old university who is dying. And they discuss the meaning of life really through their conversations and it's quite inspiring :) I read it in a couple of hours x

Tracker - Tom Brown Jnr, Mud, Sweat & Tears - Bear Grylls, Harry Potter Series (cause you can't really go without it), The Book Thief - Mark Zusak, The Messenger - Mark Zusak, Choose like a genre that you like most (like use movie genres if that helps) and look at a book and read the first page, to see whether it grabs you!! xx

I don't know a certain book for you Louis, however I would suggest either reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower or It's Kind of A Funny Story; just because they are litteraly my absolite favourite books. Also the book "Jonothan Livingston Seagull" is an extraordinary book, I frequently read it when I get stuck in a rut, and though you travel, sometimes I think you feel a bit stuck. So if these have been of any help to you then I wish you good luck with them!! Huge fan, Luke. :)

Catcher in the Rye is a pretty solid book. I think you would also enjoy Will Grayson, Will Grayson and Looking For Alaska, both by John Green. Read, Louis! It's like having an adventure without actually having to get out of bed!

The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime is my favourite book. It's about a boy with aspergers who goes on a mini adventure type thing, and it really gives you an insight into how people with aspergers brains work and how they can be very intelligent!

I don't have a favorite book because it's quite difficult to choose just one, but a series that I've absolutely loved reading was the Hunger Games trilogy. You should read The Happiest Refugee by Anh Do. It's an autobiography by an Australian stand up comedian who came here as a Vietnamese refugee. It's a really positive uplifting book despite the adversity he dealt with growing up.

Tuesdays with Morrie is a fantastic book about a man who gets a different perspective on life from spending Tuesdays with a man who is dying. The man who is dying, Morrie, explains to the main character what is truly important in life. This book is a true story I should say.

I am so glad rachel is trying to get you to read! Reading is one of the many joys in life! I would suggest you read 'escape from camp 14' it is an amazing true story about a man who escaped from a prison camp in North Korea. Also you should read 'Unbroken' and 'The Book Thief' and even the 'Hunger Games' or 'Life of Pi' or 'Devil in the White City' these all are fantastic books you might like, I absolutely love all of theses!

Shantaram- Gregory David Roberts Its a stunning book about Gregory David Roberts (an Australian) crazy adventure to Bombay, India. I think its all somewhat fitting as you are now residing in Aus for a while and also had an adventure in India- although your reasons for going are crazy different.

On the Road by Jack Kerouac it's my favorite book it was written in the 50's and it's beautiful it's about a group of friends who live a crazy life and live for a time on the road. You'd love it.

When I was younger, I really liked those Dungeons and Dragon books and other popcorn reading type books. Particularly the Heroes series. The legend of Huma was probably one of my favorites followed by The Fault in our Stars, and anything by George Carlin.

Louis, you should definately read the book: Into the wild. You might know the movie. But the book is amazing too. It's based on a true story about a young guy just leaving everything behind. He goes to Alaska (and before that all over America on the way to Alaska). He tries to live by himself in Alaska without any money, no material matters. He kindoff has the same values as you have I guess. Mind changing book!

I recommend a writer called Darren Shan, all of his books, and Robert Muchamore's CHERUB series. Also, Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson books are great, along with the Kane Chronicles and the Heroes of Olympus. Also try Suzanne Collins' Hunger Games series. Hope you enjoy :)
