Louis is about 30 right now and has been traveling since he was about 18. He's only been doing youtube for about 3 years so that just goes to show that we haven't seen the things he had to go through to be in this position today. Nothing great comes easy, and if it did we wouldn't have evolved thoroughly enough to enjoy it when we got there. One step at a time. Long term goals never turn out the exact way you envisioned them so have general outlooks on life and take the necessary steps in the present that will lead you in that positive direction. Peace out, enjoy life, and live the adventure!

The only way that your video could be depressing is if people want similar experiences but believe that they have no chance of replicating them. A lot of people get stuck in jobs, routines and don't have the courage to commit to doing what they love. I believe, you always have a choice, it might include changing your life which can be scary but if you want something, it's never too late to go for it. I personally found it inspiring, I'm 21, in university and all I want to do is travel, your videos are motivating. I am jealous but not in a negative way, I envy your experiences and will work till I can create my own. Keep doing what you're doing, I'm gonna keep watching :)

I am 16 from Toronto, Canada and i've planned a trip for myself to london on march break 2015 with no parents or siblings which i never thought i would do until i was a lot older but you've taught me to just go with it and see as much as you can and make as much of a difference as you can. Louis you have truly inspired me to try and travel more. I have already been planning a long trip around the U.S. with some friends over the summer, I have also planned to take it further and try and save up for a trip out of the country. don't worry louis, you inspire me so much! I love to travel but sometimes I have to be at home (which its not bad) and be patient to save money for another great adventure. But watching your videos makes me feel so good, seeing the places you go and the things you live, makes me imagine how will be my future own adventures and work harder for what I want. Plus, its so interesting to see the places you go, and you make a great job with your videos, it can seem easy but we know its not that simple, you have to work hard sometimes :D great job!! Jun Origen I think what they meant was that his videos are inspirational for all of us but it gets depressing when you want to live his life knowing that the one you are living right now is not that great, and it takes really hard work to get there and enjoy life like that, it doesn't just fall down from the sky. But even though it does sound depressing, we still know his message is to inspire others believing that life gets better and you need to work hard and enjoy every little moment of it :)

I think in my case, it is both a little depressing AND inspirational- as I sit here in my Uni Library in a study/assignment session- it is depressing in a sense to see you travelling the world and having amazing adventures but in the most positive depressing way- if u understand me. Mostly because this feeling i have of seeing you having adventures is only spurring me on in achieving my master degree and then running off into the sunset for a while and going and having the most amazing time like you, for a while at least. I absolutely find them fun and enjoyable! It gives me as an 18 year old who hasn't explored or seen the world as much, a different view. If I were to find it depressing I would certainly not watch. I actually just talked how cool it was what you do, and found it more inspirational to do some of things you have experienced.
