Samuel Music It's still materialism though because flights, hotels etc costs lots of money, even more than material objects. Life is more about relationships. I travel for a living (management consulting) and it gets monotonous after awhile, but I never get bored of spending time with my family or friends and meeting new people even in the dullest places.

***** With the Louis' lifestyle.. he doesn't do the same monotonous and repetitive grind that a corporate job requires.. Probably, only repetitive thing that he does is, going to airport and flying.. rest of the time it's always new place, new adventure, new culture, new people etc..

Its not a very good tourist destination for upper mid class because most hotels there that are good are fully booked months prior so we always end up in a expinsive shitty ass hotel

When I watch your blogs from around the world, all the places seem so far away but whenever you're in London it always makes me feel home :) River trips are always so beautiful in the city, not many people think about taking a trip along the Thames when they come to London but it is a must! I live near Richmond, 5 minutes from the river and I love walking along it, so cool to see places I've visited many times in your blog! :)

Yes it happend to me last time we where in Asia - we went on an island daytrip to do some snorkeling and we left the group - stayed behind on the island and decided to get a ride back to mainland the next day - wasn't vlogging back then yet but I have a short video on my travel channel :)

I have a weird obsession with water - I love walking by it, sailing on it, kayaking on it, but hate swimming in it. Missed out so many cool snorkelling opportunities on my round the world trip.. Did you drive with the motor down like that?? Pro tip when you are towing a boat like that put the engine up you should be able to pull out a bolt on the side and swing it up. That way you wont risk hitting the prop on the road over bumps. Also put a bucket on it or something that way you also don't risk damaging the propeller on anything else.
