Fungal Microscopy Workshop with Alan Rockefeller- How to look at a mushroom in a microscope

In this video Alan Rockefeller joins Aaron in Mushroom Wonderland to do a full fungal microscopy workshop. We take a fresh mushroom and start by mounting a slide and looking at the spores through a microscope. Then he shows us, in detail, how to make various sections, to look at the cheilocystidia, pleurocystidia, trama, clamp connections, and more.
