a piece of advice Dr.... Turn your drill on a lower gear reduction. you will cauterize, vessels that will utilize the uptake of the material, but great video gentlemen

Greetings, great informational video! I have a huge pin oak tree (measures 124" in circumference - 39.5 diameter) that is leaking a lot of dark fluid 3 feet from base. Would I still be able to treat this tree with this method to preserve the health the the tree?

I think i'm just going to soil drench.... makes so much more sense compared to damaging the tree. Probably hurts soil bacteria and fungi, but not too bad.

In a certain state or was it a federal fine? Seems like they’d want you to save your trees but I could see California making it mandatory to have to buy licenses and pay fees.
