I mean I'm barely passing my degree but I'm pretty sure even when you declare bankruptcy your stock isn't 0 for a while, as long as there is some form of demand (for example Telltale games which declared bankruptcy, almost shut down and then sold its equity for relatively pennies to the company that brought them back now) As long as a stock has demand it cant be 0 and it'll never be less than 0. I'm sure I'm missing out stuff about risk free investments or whatever but hey like I said, barely passing.
