i agree with omar. i love funhaus more than any channel on youtube, they upload great content everyday. but whenever they discuss upcoming games that everyone gets excited for (cyberpunk 2077, death strading) they play the whole hipster card (i don't really care, i'm not excited, the trailer isn't a trailer). i know this comment is gonna trigger a lot of people, but all i'm trying to say is that there's nothing wrong with loving something that everyone else loves too

What they have is skepticism, and it is great that they have that because they can't be forming stories in their head for what upcoming games MIGHT be when they come out (with Death Stranding, we literally know NOTHING about the game itself). Don't dismiss their skepticism as being "hipster". They are merely being smart, cautionary consumers.

Well, they also talked about MVC infinite and said that they showed the game and a trailer where it shows how a fight will play out in the game whereas The last Of us just showed a cutscene, I dont even know if they payed attention but the MVC trailer was NOT gameplay it showed a cutscene aswell.

Happy to see you guys address is. However, there is no doubt that KZbin is secretly changing things up behind the scenes. For myself, I have a 'growing' tech channel and noticed an immediate drop off the past few months in initial views. For example, as a tech channel, I review a wide variety of consumer technology. If I review a gaming keyboard, it'll get around 60k views the first day let's say. But if I review headphones, it'll MAX OUT at 20k. Now, if I were to change the title to "Gaming Headphones" that video would do much better. It's just very strange, I understand their new algorithm has it's purpose, but as a tech channel, why limit the demographics my videos reach? And that is exactly what KZbin is doing. On a side note, I'm a daily viewer of you guys since the beginning and I was unsubbed last week. And much like H3H3, KZbin unsubscribed my fiancé from my channel. Just strange, and as a smaller channel, it hurts my potential growth. I can see if I was a tech channel and started uploading something like, hair shampoo reviews or something completely unrelated, but limited my audience who subscribed for tech when I continually put out tech videos makes zero sense to me.

To Jame's point on the ending of The Last of Us: Now that there is a confirmed sequel, the ending seems open ended to allow for a sequel. However, if it would have been left as a stand alone game I feel the ending is great. I'd rather not type out my thesis statement on why I liked the ending of The Last of Us but I will say that I think if they never made a sequel it would have been legendary. This isn't to say I'm not excited to revisit that world. I trust Naughty Dog to make a great game and to tell a great story but if they would've just left The Last of Us as its own thing I wouldn't have had any problem with that.

Hey Lawrence, I found the Vanguard class in ME3 to be very good at higher difficulties. The Vanguard charge was great for detonating biotic explosions when comboed with Warp or pull and it provided sweet sweet invincibility frames too as well as being very useful at higher levels, if you get the chance again, however unlikely you should give it a go. Can be a very fun class

Around 22:00 in the podcast, Lawrence mentions that if videos are chain viewed (I forget the exact wording) it helps the algorithm promote the original video and channel. So should I basically watch 20 Funhaus videos everytime I'm on KZbin to help you guys out? Please keep up the great work!

this EXACT SAME THING happened to me with Funhaus itself. when I opened youtube it used to be all FH content and now I never get recommended videos from you guys. I never see newly uploaded videos anymore unless I go to your account, despite the fact that you're my most watched channel.
