Hey James! I don't know if this will ever reach you and I also understand the fact that you play this like twice a year at most, but here's a neat fencer thing: all of your attacks cancel your dash! You don't need the shield if you don't want it. You can even dash, heavy mortar, dash and it also interrupts the cool down of the heavy mortar shot! You can also use rocket spears if you find them and go super speedy across the map. Might make fencer a bit more fun for you!

James, the shields you use have the ability to reflect projectiles back at enemies. That orange-ish pulse that you shoot out of them when you are dashing is the reflecting force. Hope this helps you guys on your next missions.

Your Wing Diver seems like he's not having much fun. I can't remember what weapons you get on Hard, but when I played I would usually take I think either one of the Electroshock weapons or the Thunder Sniper. I think the Thunder Sniper has some crazy range and does decent damage on top of hitting in a gigantic cone, though I might've been playing with a higher level version of it, so I dunno if it'll hold up on Hard. My other was one of the Plasma Launchers - big explosions, big damage, and good from far away. Some guide on KZbin recommends the LAZR-200 or just below that and the Monster, though that guide was geared for Normal difficulty, so it might be a bit underpowered for Hard. Fencer was the class I preferred to play. Melee/shield is good - I preferred the spears, and it looks like he knows that you can do the shield reflect to cancel into the melee speed boost and jet around the map. The normal shield or the Mirror shield is best for that, and the reflect can be useful when you're fighting stuff, to reflect the acid and shit back at them. For the OTHER set of weapons, though, I thought it was usually better to pair weapons, rather than mix types like how he's got - the Gallic cannons and the shotgun cannons were good, and if you used two of them you could cancel a little bit of the awkwardness and slowness by shooting one and then the other. Air Raider homie knows he can take the spiders in the underground levels though right.
