Hey mate - I actually wanted to buy Novation or M-Audio but those are expensive so I ended up buying Nektar. However, I can say that Nektar is quite good. The only thing I don't like is that you can't link the controllers to the GarageBand iPad, for e.g. changing the instruments/controlling the volume/mapping the drum pads. All that has to been done manually from the iPad. But other than that It works pretty fine on Laptop/Phone (I use FL Studio), iPad (I use GarageBand). No latency or any other kinda issue.
