First of all,Its ThuKpa not thuPka,you guys got it wrong and if you didnt like it,you couldve not eaten there... you guys went to the cheapest food places,so you will get on the basis of the price you pay.. There are so much more in Gangtok,I was so happy at first when i saw this blog but that guy's reaction was so pissing off,blehh yourself okay? Going to cheapest places to eat and wanting it to be like a delicacy.

Sikkim is a beautiful state and gangtok, one of the most happening places... 5 30 sab kuch band is total bullcrap... During winters the evening starts early because of the climate and environmental, geographical stuff... The small fast food stalls outside are temporary and a part of the winter carnival... The stalls have local wines fruit wines etc which this vlog hasn't shown, and the cuisine here especially thukpa, noodles or you can call it "gyathuk" in the native language is a very tasty dish and if eaten in winter leaves you satisfied and very happy... And every kind of meat is available here, mutton, beef, pork, fish and other seafood, buff etc. If you are planning to come to our beautiful land then please don't just make judgements based on this video because the vlogger hasn't really seen the essence and everything else the state can provide... And mg marg is renovated and much more better.. But you should be willing to spend well lol...

You guys are overly parsimonious when it comes to spending money for good food. Thats wat happens when u don't want to empty ur pockets..u'l end up in a cheap restaurant with a food which doesn't please ur palate. Ghumney ayeh ho to canjusi kyu.There are restaurants in Gangtok which serves yummulicious delicacies n will leave u wanting for more.

Unfortunately u guys have gone to totally wrong place to have local dish. Yes, shops r shutdown quite early coz of cold weather but if u want to enjoy night life here, u could have gone to good restaurant where u can enjoy live music band and food too. Anyway, Thank u for visiting Sikkim. Hope u guys enjoyed the stay.

Sikkim is not a vegetarian state Sikkimese mostly have Beef,pork and yak because of mainland Indian tourist u will see mostly veg restaurant in MG marg area

hi I am from gangtok and wanted to tell you that from the place u ate thukpa might not be good but actually it is a delicious dish. You should have tried it in some nice restaurant, and if u think people in gangtok are vegetarian then you people are fools. Here people might not be eating chicken that much but they eat other non vegetarin dishes like pork , beef etc.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise...In Gangtok people go off to sleep early and wake up early...shops open as early as 8 in the morning hence by 9.30pm most of the shops are closed....but the pubs are open till 12 in the night....and its not thukka its thukpa....U guys should have mixed some chilly paste or chutney (achar) with some vinegar into it and sometimes the restaurants add less salt in the thukpa knowingly as some customers consume less amount of salt ...you guys should have added some salt on the thukpa and mixed it up with the chilly paste and some vinegar...you guys don't know how its eaten....and the people in Sikkim are mostly non vegetarian....next time onwards do some research n be mature enough in making videos otherwise ur blog will crash down
