What about the combo card from festival that gains 1/1 for each combo card played this game? Is it just not useful here?

Rhyme Spinner? I actually did have it in previous versions but ended up cutting it because by the time it got big enough I was already close to lethal or opponents had efficient removal for it. Kinda crazy that the combo payoff card isn't good enough in this meta lol.

Hmm maybe! It's tough to cut any other cards and I'm not sure a 2/1 is impactful enough if we don't draw a weapon early. I like your thinking tho!

I played it in Casual and lost 4/4, never even close. Surely I don't know the deck and am not familiar with Rogue, but I constantly found myself in a situation that I had just a bunch of useless cards - multiple weapons which you can't play at once because it makes no sense, minion damage, but there was no minions, or a lot of direct damage cards, but not enough for lethal, and no card draw to get more.

Playing talgath but not tar slick? Only advantage is maybe getting talgath to 0 as opposed to 1, but tar slick works even if the minions are damaged.

Mainly playing Talgath to try out the new buff to him but he has some advantages over Tar Slick like developing a minion for tempo and giving a backstab to combo with other cards.

Sonya is a lot harder to use now after the nerf but she might still be alright. I wanted to avoid a lot of situational cards like her, Breakdance, lucky comet, etc to make this deck more tempo focused to best utilize the newly buffed Talgath.
