The only issue I see with this is the fact that Senpai is still taking possession over a CORRUPTED body. For the sake of argument, lets say that BF's soul (corruption and all) is completely suppressed... but the corruption clearly seems to drift towards a hive-mind mindset with how they all seem to act in unison in a metaphorical singular congealed mass against DD. Great work to everyone involved! I especially like the part where spirit becomes angry and bf has an "oh shit" look on his face. Another thing is that I like how in resurgence (I know its not cannon I'm just using it as an example". Spirit isn't trying to help everyone out. He's just getting his own revenge. I remember when Deathmatch came out and we got that teaser of soul bf and people where saying that spirit is going to be the good guy trying to help everyone out and uncorrupt bf. Here thought (I'm pretty sure) He's going to be the bad guy. He just wants his revenge against daddy dearest. I don't think he really cares about the corruption at all. People are assuming bf got deleted. But i dont think he did. If it was soul bf in the game then soul bf got deleted but bf would still be stuck in his mind unless a LOT of changes were made to how the corruption manages to stay in control over a corrupted person's body. Therefor i can imagine a sort of day 1.5 which would actualy be spirit going back to "her" (im guessing either gf or mm but while gf is more likely i feel like its mm because she already started to get uncorrupted.) And fighting "her" with day 2 being inside bf's mind. Where spirit finds bf and decides to fight him in a attempt to get rid of him for full control only for them to end up with a deal. Bf gets to live and helps spirit get a new body and to make it fair spirit has to try and help bf stop the corruption.
