Damn, Flex has been in a spiral the last 2 yrs. His contract with Hot 97 is due in the next few yrs. The word is that the executives downtown won't sign another contract with him. Not to mention we "all the tri-state listeners" don't like that - 10 min loop on every new songs that comes out. - Crazy talk about everybody he doesn't like. - 15 min of bad talking the other station, on how his ratings are better, which are the other way around. -Dropping multiple bombs on a song before the 1:00 min mark. I get he's passion in what he believes in, but Flex as a radio personality has to cater to his radio audience. Why is Flex defending Lyon in this matter. He should let whatever issues Dame and Lyon has had in the past between them. He is going in on how Dame Dash is finish and that he had a good 10 yr run in the music business (94-04), but so has Flex. He repeatedly talks about how Tunnel, which was was open (92-98) and closed because the owner didn't keep up with his payments and all the drugs that was going on in there. DJ Amadeus was the DJ there, not Flex. FLex is is getting old just like Dame. Flex has had his grey hair photoshop for promotion. Flex can't put out a public interview and state non factual things like what happen in board meeting behind close doors. He can't go on opinions on a documentary that was produced, founded, and directed by a party who only show 50% of the story who was involved.
