@@CantEditDaTruth really doubt that, but it’s possible I guess. I know Chris Bumstead was said to be at 3.2% for the Mr Olympia. I would be very shocked if any fighter got lower than that. Fighters and bodybuilders don’t have the same goals. They obviously are extremely dehydrated when weighing in but generally not trying to be at the absolute lowest % body fat possible. Actual body fat% I’d guess Aljo was closer to 5%-5.5%.

@BradensBeard32 ай бұрын
@@CantEditDaTruth when “cutting weight” you obviously burn some fat, but you’re mainly just pulling all the water out of your body. That’s why they rehydrate and weigh 20lbs more the next day. It’s primarily all water weight. Obviously to have a chance to make weight Aljo comes in very lean when starting to cut weight for his weigh ins, but people tend to have a flawed perception of body fat percentage. People think you need to be at like 5% body fat to see abs. Most people will look rather lean and will show clear 6pack abs at around 10-12% body fat. I will say though, when weighing in for 135 Aljo was one of the leanest UFC fighters I’ve seen. Jamahal has absolutely never been remotely close to that lean.

False news. O'malley was only able to land strikes because Herb Dean was paid off by UFC to stand the up immediately after Merab worked for a takedown, to give O'malley a chance to win.
