Just wanted to say a huge thanks to you both, for putting this up. I lost alot of weight, to combat my diabetes. I've gone from 252lbs to 162lbs. But ive lost my muscle mass. This will really help me build my muscle back. I can't do all the exercises yet. Lol, can just do the first two. But I'll keep working at it. Again, thanks for making this available to people like me. Hope you're both well.

This was an excellent workout. I followed everything to a t in terms of form and squeezing my muscles and arm positionsuke both stated. What a difference. This was so dope.

I’m somehow convinced my boyfriend to try and start using kettlebells…cuz he will do the same workout…lol. He did one of Funk’s workouts, but this would be excellent! I love kettlebell workouts and I’m gonna do this my damn self…lol
