@@awizard8809 there is the latest version, so you can play that game and get the full story. Every character has its own arc, and there are dialogue scenes which you can unlock and tells like a prologue for character.

Linne is like the coolest dumb character ever. She uses both a sword and daggar. Swords are long but heavy while daggers are light but short. There is literally no advantage holding both weapons and using them at the same time. It would make sense if Linne just had a dagger in her pocket in case she loses her sword or puts down the sword to do dagger swipes, but she doesn't. Good thing UNIB uses Berserk logic and all swords are super light.

Having a short parrying dagger in combination with a one handed sword was a set during medieval/renaissance.

Parrying dagger was only used for one on one duels between nobles if I'm not mistaken. No in a real fight you would have a shield instead.

Seems like the same damn character winning over and over again. Is it that hard to balance these games? Guess so. Anyways, that Akatsuki player seems to do some flashy ass stuff. Not sure if it's just cuz the character is designed to make things that look hard to do, easy to do.

What do you mean for what he is? He's made for the very purpose of corner carry into setup. That's where his webs are strongest (other than building grd during combos).
