The book cover of _"guilt trip"_ looks nice. Honestly, if the cover is nice, sleek, minimalist, its a better more enjoyable reading experience.

Guilt Trip is a very good story. It feels like a surreal nightmare at times. I've just started The Exodus Of Evil, and I love the premise, but my goodness the gruesomeness starting at Chapter 4. This is almost too much, but I'll read on. It just came more out of nowhere for me since I expected this to me more like sci-fi.

I watched a whole broken down ferris wheel drama at porthcawl fair once when i was on a school trip. We'd all taken some magic mushrooms earlier so it was pretty intense watching the fire brigade at work getting all the people off the ride. I was so glad i had a fear of most fairground rides that involved heights at the time. I think it would have been really problematic if i'd been on it, it was bad enough as an observer.

I heard a disturbing story when I was younger about water parks in the UK. I'm not sure whether it was an urban myth or not, but someone told me that certain people went on water flumes, stopped themselves halfway down the tube, then wedged razor blades between two sections of the tubing, so the next person to go down would get sliced from heel to neck. Since hearing that, I haven't been on many water flume rides.

I believe that one to be mostly an urban myth but there have been convictions where people decided to try doing that. I'm sure someone got done for it in the UK in the last five years or so. I never liked going on them myself with that horror in the back of my mind. Lol. @@AuthorJamesFlynn
