I can tell the first fsmash they thought zard would land on the platform, the first upair was because they panicked and wanted to get something, and the ftilt because they accidentally landed on the top platform and they were going for at least a f-air hit over nothing. Not sure why they did the second upair though, either it was a misinput or the guy entered a complete panic state

Oh trust me, there's much worse shield break fails than this one. I remember seeing a video on this channel with a Mr. Game and Watch who could've won against a Ness whose shield broke. The Ness was at a very high percent too. The Game and Watch attempted to up-smash twice near the Ness but missed, twice. Enough for the Ness to recover and eventually do a combo and win the game. Fair enough, everyone is the audience was not happy with that Game and Watch.
