In my experience it works great about half the time. I have seen people go from screaming in pain to cracking jokes, and I have seen people with no change. It's amazing when it works though, it's even faster than 5 minutes. Closer to 30 seconds, same as Entonox (laughing gas).

I have a suggestion for all of the Bondi Lifeguards; If the lifeguards are going to leave the 2nd Tower unattended while doing rescues or watching the waters' edge. I think they should put shoe polish on the binoculars so if someone happens to go into the tower and use the binoculars while the tower is unattended you will know who the culprit is. Since, the lifeguards did do a prank on one of the lifeguards with the binoculars and shoe polish. I hope the lifeguards see this!!
