Weirdly, it was a little foreshadowed in episode 4 too, when they were testing the minecarts. Scar added a TNT minecart to the rail, and Grian said 'get back Mumbo' as Mumbo was too close to the rail.

obsessed with BET being the worst alliance ever. etho kills bdubs' horse & makes other alliances, bdubs just blatantly disagrees with the "tuff guy" life & fakes it to scar and lizzie, tango is on the verge of death on almost every episode. yet they keep coming back to each other for some godforsaken reason 😭 can't spell betrayal without BET

She didn't hide her feet! Weird thing about end crystals, you can survive one point blank so long as your feet don't get hit. Nether beds work the same way too, but idk if it's true for all explosions

@@madeofmandrake1748 You are right! I think it is all explosions. Basically if you take your feet away from line of sight of any explosion in game (dig down a block under your feet or place a block in front of yourself ) the damage is minimal. In the heat of the moment, it is so easy to forget that though. But it is better than a shield for explosions in my experience.
