Just to add something. The issue is that many "kids" use the word ''Karen" improperly. In this specific clip, it's OK to assume she was a Karen, judging by her way of handling the issue, but in many other scenarios the staff is the one triggering the whole circumstance for not doing their job well. No, I do not have to explain anything to you." and that usually shuts them up. Just a tip that has helped me. 😊 I've been dealing with this since 2004.
