I'd like to suggest using the card system as a reward for winners on sidemen sunday videos/challenges. It would provide a real motivator to win and complete challenges. You guys get so passionate about getting a card, I can imagine the competitive drive to get them removed.

I am guessing with the card system, exceptions are made if something is out of your control that caused you to miss a shoot, like say a medical emergency or say you had an appointment booked for ages that you can't afford to miss but a shoot day just happened to get scheduled for the same day by chance and you have to prioritise the appointment.
