Funny 1999 Replayability

To get frame in the cutscene you use transference just after you interact with the PC
Some other bugs when replaying the quest include:
Gear wheel is usable as Arthur in the combat section.
It is also possible to get into the 1999 tile by getting out of bounds but i haven't been able to achieve that yet.
