Regis' turn 3 clip shows just how dangerous it is to have too much cost reduction. Yeah, you should play with your mana system, but too much cost reduction can defeat the purpose of even having a mana system. There are so many cards these days that would benefit a lot from being tamped down just a little. Also, that guy Dreads needs to work on his sportsmanship just a tad.

Thanks to Blizzard being awesome, the Bone Spike reduced Vanndar’s cost to 2, making him cheaper than every minion

It got discounted to 2 by serrated bone spike and every minion in the deck costed 3 or more, so it technically was the cheapest just at the right time in order for it to work

The Hunter didn't have 2 Aralons in his opening hand. Murloc Holmes goes " Opening hand - Currently in hand - Currently in deck ". The hunter had 1 Aralon in his opening hand and since he didn't play it it was still in his hand at the current time. ( And since Aralon is in hand it can't be in the deck, that's why it couldn't be the right answer for the 3rd question ) In short : Only one Aralon satisfied the two criteras.

You misunderstood the card's effect. It asks three questions. First, did your opponent start the game with this card. The hunter started with Aralon in his hand, so he got that question right. Second, what card does your opponent have in their hand right now. The hunter started with Aralon in his hand and had not played it yet, which meant he still had it. Third, what card is currently in your opponent's deck. Aralon was in the hunter's hand (as proven by the previous two questions), so picking it up again would have been the wrong answer.
