Today we started the day with a hard hike up one of Killarney's popular hiking trails called Cardiac Hill, it definitely lived up to the name as we had to stop a few times but Lay remembered her chocolate this time and then we wanted a bit of fun so we went to the golf range where I tried to teach my Filipina girlfriend to play golf which turned out to be quite funny

Tom that Squash. Try this cut the Squash in half the long way do not peel it clean out the seeds then place tin foil in a flat pan. Put the squash on the tinfoil add a heaping table spoon of butter in the center of the squash and a little cinnamon Wrap it good so the squash is well covered then to the same to the other half. Back in the Oven at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the oven. On the center rack. If your not sure when it is done squeeze the squash lightly and if it is soft it is done. When done unwrap it and just scrape the squash out of the outer shell no peeling add a little salt and pepper.

It's truly unbelievable how fast fitness fades. Where I grew up,,in Wyoming,,our local mtn was 10,235 feet high and you started the climb at about 6500 feet. The trail was 6.5 miles of uphill. I climbed it 3 to 5 times a year for 14 years,,could do it nonstop,,and my best time was 2 hours and 15 minutes. I even wore my dog out on that climb. I've hiked and climbed easy mtns most of my life. Things changed about 10 yrs ago. I have a super bad back and uphills kills me. I truly make myself sick to my own stomach. 🤢🤮 now I'd get winded just driving up there 😂😅 lol thanks for doing fun stuff that's enjoyable to watch. Ttyl,,,Marlon

One of the players was a nice guy named Butch Harmon...at the time He was one of the best Golf Coaches in the US and was the coach for Tiger Woods. I grew up playing Golf and never really liked it...one Reason is the Caddies back then were child Slaves we work for free..now it's grown men who know about golf..Butch Harmon is a good guy and a great poker player...

What a great place to hike Tom and Lay. Both of you were out of breath. That's something Liza n I would try. I would bring water. Lots of it !!!. I've hiked up most of the way to Half Dome at Yosemite in California. It's more than 20 km n I also hiked up to Mt Vesuvius in Italy. It was 20 kms from Ercolana town to the top of Mt Vesuvius

Lay is probably doing more hiking in the past few weeks than ever before. If someone else is using the car, are there any bicycles you could borrow? You did go out for a bike ride on a previous trip back to Ireland Tom. If there is luggage on the bike like panniers you could put a picnic in them and just enjoy the fresh air and countryside.

Here is a Secret to walking upstairs....walk sideways so the stress is not put on your legs lifting up...if you walk sideways then you bend your knees much less...it's like the difference between throwing a ball " overhand " and throwing it " underhanded" ...which is a normal motion for the shoulder and very low stress ..

Now Lay in all fairness you just need a lot of practice. But you can feel lucky because I am going to give you some proper tips on how to hit a Golf ball. Wait till Tom is sleeping and get the club and some balls no reason to wake him as you practice. Then go back in the bedroom as he sleeps and get him excited. Place the ball on top of the Man made Tee lean back and just before you hit the ball Yell FOUR!!! then swing. If you do a nice job Tom will not even wake up. How ever if you Miss ... Well you get the idea.🤣😂😅🤣😂. I do hope Tom likes my pointers. I do try .
