Raw meat taste exactly what you thi it taste like, plain and bloody, usually Korean eat raw meat with sauce or sesame oil to enhance the flavor (I guess) so if you don't like the taste of blood or simply raw food just don't try it, my opinion is only sushi and yukhoe (Korean sliced raw beef with sauce and pear) are enjoyable because it have FLAVORS

@@Elena-lj9db always depends on where your meat is from, how it is stored, how fresh it is, etc. There are dishes with raw meat all over the Northern hemisphere - I guess because the temperatures allow a relatively safe environment for raw meat. Raw meat - if safe - can be quite nutritios tho. For example in regions where you can't grow fruits/crops for vitamins, meat is traditionally eaten raw (sometimes dipped in sauces made from the blood) to get all the nutrients that your body needs, which are destroyed when you cook the meat. Just a little insight into raw meat :)

@@Elena-lj9db it depends on the kind of meat and how it's kept (i.e. very fresh and with no bacteria), beef and fish for example are commonly eaten raw, and lamb can be a little pink, but pork and chicken must be fully cooked as a general rule to avoid salmonella and other health issues. When you see someone eating raw beef a lot of people are alarmed but it's actually a pretty normal thing in a lot of cultures and tastes great in my opinion.
