A tattoo using a kanji seems cool between foreigners. I introduce a tattoo considered to have possibilities to be ashamed,If themselves know the true meaning of the kanji.

I think the siblings knew the meaning but it's strange since the words for “older brother“ and “younger sister“ were formal ones, you would use them to refer to the siblings of a stranger or someone you're not veeery familiar with. It would have been better just to use the kanji and say 兄 (ani) and 妹 (imōto)

Yuki Kakumei the imouto one looked more like 味 than 妹

you're assuming they're really siblings and not just... pretending

Some of the translations are wrong. For example, at 2:01 it says 変だけど美人 which is saying "I'm weird but beautiful"

remember the culture is so different too. it's not just about the words. even if it's natural in english, it can be weird or funny in japanese. btw 心の友 reminds me of draemon😂

@@Sammy4549 thank you, I had mixed feelings and was really surprised after finding myself featured in videos on KZbin. But it’s not what happens it’s how you react that matters; so I do my best to be positive and happy 😊

I saw a woman with a poorly written kanji tattoo in Canada. I was trying to figure out the kanji. It looked like 文力. Literary power? Was she a writer? I doubt it with such a poorly designed tattoo. Then I realized that it was supposed to be 女力, female power. It seemed a little silly to me, even if she had had it tattooed properly. The fact that it was poorly done just made it worse. I guess she has gender issues.

0:29 this actually means Friend’s Heart because 心 kokoro means Heart and 友 means friend
@graemep77296 жыл бұрын
Friend's heart would actually be 友の心。But I understand what you are saying. Enjoy your day!

Plopping the whole thing in google translate it says "Soul mate" so that's probably how they got it, trying to get a tattoo that says soul mate. Though it's something like heart's friend/friend of the heart. (??)
