Switch Bedrock was my reintroduction to Minecraft, downloaded it right when Update Aquatic dropped. Been rocking the Dry Bones skin since day 1 and I still lack knowledge of pretty much 90% of this entire pack. As someone who's made a few texture packs, I can clarify on some of the weirder decisions when it comes to the textures. A lot of the "broken" or "unfinished" models are just the artist using empty space to change the shape of what they're working on. You were correct about Reznor's legs, but the Iron Golem is missing the top of his head because the antenna is on his forehead, so covering the top would break the illusion. Same with the Slime, they definitely could've done better but since the model is just a small box inside of a big box, they're not able to add edges going into the smaller box since that geometry doesn't exist on the model. The Villagers arms are two rectangular cubes, so that's why those in particular have closed ends.

Notably the Fire Chomp retexture probably also has holes (in the blaze rods), but they'd be much harder to spot than the other holes since they're comparatively small and they move fast

i'd like to add onto this, the reason all the koopas have a shade of green is because the way minecraft handles the sheep wool colour is the same as it handles grass/leaves/leather, which means the default texture has to be white and have the colour added onto it. since the default koopa shell texture in this is green, it's just adding an overlay colour to the green which causes the colours to be really off

A few better suggestions for Minecraft would be this: Ender dragon should honestly be the ruined dragon from oddesey, and if we needed to bring the zombies together, use ice bro for drowned. It’s the only bro that I know of that is related to water at all. If not a bro, at least the blue koopa. As both a reference to blue shells, and Mario vs Luigi which actually had blue koopas. Also, a possibility for glow squids could maybe be king kaliente. He’s the only other squid I remember from the Mario series.
