They are amazing family dog's. Highly intelligent. SOCIALISATION is so important. They need mental and physical challenges. Training, playing, hiking, a lot of love... My 2 German Sheppards know how to open doors and the backyard fence, just by watching. GSD'S are not dangerous at all. SOCIALISATION and Training, playing... Let me observe a strange German Sheppard, and I know the kind of owner. Dogs feed on your energy. If you are constantly anxious or nervous, the dog will be too. Always remain calm, no yelling, and be consistent. Love this video.

I've trained and owned many GSDs. You will find out so much more with your new dog. They are fantastic family members, but there's no reason to guard dog train them. They know when to protect. 😊

I had a good laugh about the vacuum cleaner never getting put away. I have two GSD's and when they run by I can see hair floating in the air and that will be after I have vacuumed, lol Can't imagine the hair you have at your house.
