After destruction of Necropolis until finnishing of spirit tower it looked grim, all Orange needs to do there is to split his ghouls, send 3 to 5 in your base.

no, because a tower "rush" requires that it come out before the hero does. The UD tower rush is impossible without blight, which is why they're considered uncompetitive near the skill ceiling.
