I actually have some solutions that might help, because i did went through that issue a bunch of times too (note: I don't actually know if you already know about those solutions or not, so you can tell me if you already know about them or not, if you want) You can try to add some drips of lemon and honey on the tea. And you can also look for special cough drops, specifically for that issue. I was using the eucalyptus ones and the ones with honey and lemon I hope you will feel better soon 🙂
