Furikake Recipe - Japanese Rice Seasoning

Furikake is a Japanese rice seasoning. Manly made of dried fish, seaweed and sesame seeds. It is packed with umami flavour, and it will make your rice extra delicious. You can also use it on Onigiri (Japanese Rice Ball), spaghetti, salads and many other things.

Ingredients:
- Kombu 10g (you can use the left over from the dashi recipe)
- Katsuobushi 10g (you can use the left over from the dashi recipe)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 big nori sheet

Bonjour...petite minuscule erreur : il y a deux fois du sel dans la recette: 1/4 càc de sel...ok...plus 1 càc de sucre...et non de sel!. Merci, j'essaierai cette recette de condiment.
