Ys 8 was awesome for me. I found Scarlet Nexus lacking in the storytelling department, but had some nice OSTs.

@@ofnorenown1005 for me Scarlet Nexus's gameplay felt very linear also they keep introducing characters that does something horrific but I don't really care about because I barely even know them. Like "oh this guy is the MC's best friend you must care about him" ... or like "oh this is his brother and is very horrible"... "Oh this person died saving you"..meanwhile I don't even remember their names until the characters say it all I remember is the labels of best friend and brother and father etc. Oh the other hand Tales of Arise and Ys 8 was amazing story wise but I prefer Ys 8's gameplay and story. While Tales of Arise had a great story the gameplay is okay I loved the owls.

I only have built Neuvilette properly but for the second halve I only got a barely but Traveller, Bennet and some low level random characters.. I barely beat floor 7 at 7 stars today, lets alone able to do rest of spiral abyss and getting all the stars qvq And I'm cursed with never being able to get 5 stars without loosing 50/50's and atleast going into soft pity (70+ wishes). I'm irl Bennet fr with my luck
